We have a team of over 15 kitchen staff who work behind the scenes to create the wonderful food at Olivea.
Owners Stev George and Deanna Harrington opened Olivea in 2008 and for the past decade their team of amazing staff have worked together to create a warm and welcoming restaurant serving delicious and authentic Italian food. Each year they take a group of the staff to Italy to learn more about Italian food, wine and culture so that they can enhance your experience when you dine at Olivea.
Terrence has been with Olivea since 2012. Throughout this time, he has been able to build strong relationships with staff and guests. He has streamlined a team service environment that has led to a dedicated group of staff committed to enhancing the guest experience. Terrence's trips to Italy allow him to lend a vast knowledge of food and wine to every guest, whether visiting for the first time or fiftieth.
Rebecca joined Olivea in 2017 and has enjoyed taking the helm on many special events over the years including our signature brunches and themed dinners. Growing up on a farm, her passion for local and seasonal cooking embodies the spirit of Olivea and Tuscan cuisine. She is always working on a fun biscotti flavor or feature dessert.
Matt has been with us since we opened in 2008. He is a naturally gifted cook, creating many of our soups, pasta fillings, the famous porchetta, braises and charcuterie. His passion is meat butchery and cookery. You can taste it in our food.
